Good Citizenship Award

This was a picture from Alyssa's first grade awards ceremony. I have never been so proud as a parent. Alyssa got several awards but this one was the most important to me. She was awarded the Good Citizenship award. This award was voted on by her class and given to one girl and one boy in each class. It was for the child that displayed qualities of a good citizen which included helping others, always being kind and using manners, treating people fairly and overall viewed as a kind person. It was SUCH an incredible feeling to know that this is how she is viewed by her peers!! I was definitely a proud mom!
