Upward Basketball Game

Alyssa is playing Upward Basketball at our church. Last week was their first game and it was pretty scary! They had only practiced twice and were all pretty clueless as to what they were supposed to be doing. This week, they were a different team! Alyssa was AWESOME! She scored 7 baskets (of about 10 total their team scored). We were incredibly proud of her. I think this may just be her sport! Some of the pictures came out pretty dark for some reason, but if you click on them, they will show up bigger.
Carson comes each week dressed in basketball clothes! He is so cute! He came with his very own basketball today that he would not let go of...well, except for him thinking it was cute to throw it and have someone pick it up for him! He was so good. He set still and watched intently!

One tired girl! All of the kids get equal playing time. They only have 6 girls and they each sit out one of the 6 periods of the game.

When the other team would make a shot, Alyssa kept forgetting she was supposed to throw the ball in and she would start running to the other side of the court.

Ok, so I normally don't post everyday pictures, but Alyssa wore an outfit today that everyone just went CRAZY over. The teachers were taking her around at school and showing everyone her outfit! So I thought I would share a few pictures. It is absolutely adorable...but I think it may be the girl in the outfit that makes it so cute! :)
The bottom of the pants are leopard fur!!!

New Year's Day

This was the funniest thing I think I have ever seen! Carson got a Tickle Me Elmo Extreme for Christmas. Cher and Rod brought it with them to show us what Carson does. He is literally on the floor performing the same motions as the TMX. It is SO funny! We got a kick out of it!

New Year's Eve

We had some friends over to help us ring in the New Year. These are some pictures of Alyssa and Francey's son and daughter. They were so adorable! They all stayed up until almost 2 AM! They were so tired, but still running around to keep themselves awake!

Danesh got a Wii for Christmas. We have all had a blast playing this week. It is SO addicting! In this picture, Audrey is boxing on the Wii. She asked at one point if she could knock Barney out. It was so cute!
